The Institution is one of the most recorgnized and well-known Yoga Institutes nationally and internationally, with centers located in India and various parts of worlds. It provides training in an easy and methodical way. Various courses are rationally devised to suit the requirements of the trainees at different levels of growth. Students receive a Certificate upon successful complition of each level, thus qualifying for the second level, leading to Teacher Training Courses.

Courses will be going to be conducted :-
1. Ashtanga yoga :-

This course provides us necessary foundations of Yoga including Asan, Pranayam, Shatkriyas and Yoga Pilosophy. Performation and theoretical examination are conducted at the end of the course.
This course consist of 3 pattern :-

  • Health Oriented Course of Astanga Yoga ( 1 week )
  • Intermediate Course of Ashtanga Yoga ( 2 week )
  • Advance Course of Astranga Yoga ( 30 days ) Level 1

Those who pass Level 1 are able to teach the preliminary Courses and qualify for the entry in Yoga Teachers Training Course( YTTC ).

2. Yoga Teachers Training Course( YTTC ) :-

This yoga certificate program is one of the most prestigious and dynamic in the country. Post Graduates are Gold Medalists at National and International Yoga Compitition. The training is Intense and vigorous but students leave feeling confident in their knowledgeand practice of Yoga ( ELIGIBLE 10+2 ).
Student will learn following :-

  • 200+ Asans
  • 6 Pranayams
  • 2 Shatkriyas (Kapalbhati & neti)
  • Fundamentals of how to teach
  • Conduct live Asan demonostration
  • Carry or conduct teaching demonstrations
  • Conduct yoga classes for diverse age ranges
3. Ayurveda and Yoga Certificate Courses(5 Days/10 Days):-

This course introduces students to Yoga and Ayurveda, both closely-linked ancient sciences from India. Ayuurveda is primarily a healing science, while Yoga is a spiritual science. The combination of the two leads to a gradual purificattion of body, mind and soul for the purpose of one's physical, mental and spiritual evoluation. Example of course topics includesPrinciple of Ayurveda, Panchakarma, techniques of fasting and tridosha system. Students will learn simple remedies to cure illness as well as disease prevention and understand how to modify their diet and lifestyle to balance their dosha and maintain a healthier life. Anyone 18 years or older is eligible for this course.

4. Jewels of Indian Culture and Yoga Certificate Courses(10 Days):-

This course combine the true of indian Culyure with class on Indian vegetarian cooking, dance, clothing, music, mehndi (henna art) and rangoli(sand art). Plus learn authentic yoga taught in a truly tranquil and spiritual ashram environment. anyone age 13 years or older(with legal guardian) is eligible to sign up for this course.

5. Nitya Karma (Daily Spiritual Pratices )Certificate Courses(10 Days):-

According to the Vedic scriptures those who perform Nitya Karms (daily rituals) regularly, acqire purity and holiness, earn good fortune and are rewarded with an existence in a better world after death. Practices taught in this course include: Purva Karmas, Trikal sandhya, Deva-Pujan and Panch Mahayajnas. While those of two are to be performed in the morning and other three are to be performed at noon. Come, learn, practice and recite these Ancient Vedic Practices to elevate your spirit. Any person 18 years and older is eligible for this course.

6. Karma, Gyan and Bhakti Yoga :-

In this Srimad Bhagavat(11:20:6) Lord Krishna says: "For the welfare of man ,I have delineated three type of yoga named Gyan, Karma and Bhakti. Other than these, there is no other means anywhere." All three are parts of mega Yoga. The practice of all of them is essential for the practitioner of Purna (complete) Yoga. Student of all levels will find this course beneficial. Students in this course are taught different aspects of karma Yoga, Gyan Yoga and Bhakti Yoga. Example of topics includes: Human life and its purpose, Concepts of Time and space, Life after Death and Rebirth, Doctrine of karma, Opoeration of the Karma Law, Microcosm and Macrocosm, Devotion to God, Nine Steps of Bhakti(devotion) and Sublime bliss of God Relization.
This course consist of 3 pattern :-

  • Introductory Course-Karma, Gyan and Bhakti Yoga( 1 week )
  • Orientation Course-Karma, Gyan and Bhakti Yoga( 2 week )
  • Pre-Diploma Course-Karma, Gyan and Bhakti Yoga( 4 week )

Students will taught easy Asans and Pranayams which help in keeping them good and healthy. At the end of the course, an evaluation is coinducted. Any person 18 years and older is eligible for this course.

7. Yoga Camp for Children/teens (3 days/5 days /7 days):-

Boys and Girls from 7 to 14 years of age are admitted to this Yoga Camp. They are taught 40 Asans, soime simple yogic exercises and deep breathing. Moreover they are engaged in various games with yoga , story-telling, songs etc.
